Mixed Round Robin Coordinators Needed

Coordinators are needed for a new series of Round Robins on Tuesday and Thursday mornings that were approved by the QCPC Board.  The Round Robins are organized with mixed skill levels to encourage opportunities for players to play-up.
The proposed schedule for these Round Robins is:
Skill Levels 2.5 and 3.0- Tuesday 8 - 10 am
Skill Levels 3.0 and 3.5- Tuesday 10 - noon
Skill Levels 3.5 and 4.0- Thursday 8:00 - 10 am

However,  before these can be started, we need Coordinators to setup the Round Robins.  So, if you are interested in being a RR Coordinator, please email Steve Shapiro (sshapiro57@gmail.com).  The QCPC will furnish the Round Robin sheets and reserve the courts for you, we just need coordinators.

"Shade" Committee

QCPC is in the process of trying to get permanent fixtures to provide shade between courts 5-8 and 9-12.  Part of the process is we need to form a 5 member committee to help evaluate what needs to be done, come up with cost estimates, and present this to the QCPC Board.  The QCPC Board will then present this to the Finance committee in June of 2019.  If you are interested in being part of this committee, please email Steve Shapiro at sshapiro57@gmail.com.
