It is possible that Rif from IPTPA can return to Quail Creek in January. We will only ask him if there is sufficient interest. If you are interested, please signup here and note the rating level you want to be tested for in the comment section. We need 4 people of the same level in each session. You must signup by 5:00 PM on Sunday, January 14.

Quail Creek team events. It is marked with stars on the round neck

picture.
Additional colors that are available for purchase are listed on the order form. Our pictures have more colors than what is available this year, so just look at the colors that are listed on the form and order one of those.

Colors for women's V-neck shirts can be seen here.
Dues are Now Overdue
Dues are Now Overdue
Your 2018 dues were due on January 1, 2018. If you haven't yet paid dues, you may still pay by dropping off a check at the home of our Membership Chair, Susan Jones, 2620 Arica Way. There is a box by her front door for dues. Dues are $20.00 a year. Make your check payable to QCPC. After January 31, we will eliminate non-paid individuals from our Membership list. You will no longer receive newsletters and you will no longer be able to participate in Club activities. So, if you wish to remain a QCPC member, please pay your dues as soon as possible.
Trouble with Lights at Night?
The lights on our courts will not turn on for 30 minutes after they have been shut off. So, if someone is playing at night and turns off the lights on a court, other players cannot turn them back on until 30 minutes have passed. There is nothing wrong with the lights. This is how they are programmed.
Interested in Playing Singles?
Singles Pickleball is a very challenging, fun and demanding game. The strategy is much different than doubles as well as the physicality required. To prevent injury, you should be in good physical condition to play singles. You will get 3-4 times the amount of exercise in the same amount of time spent as playing doubles.
If you are interested in finding out about playing singles pickleball, come to court 5 on Tuesday, January 16 at 2:00.
