Round Robin Time Changed

The QCPC Round Robin on Wednesday will continue through June.  Wednesday Round Robins will have a sign-in time beginning at 7 AM, with the games beginning at 7:30 AM.  Courts 1, 2, 3, 4, 12, 13, and 14 will be reserved for Round Robin games; all other courts (except for 15/16) can be reserved for play.

No QCPC Board Meeting in June

The QCPC Board will not meet in the summer, unless important business arises.  The next scheduled meeting will be in September.

Assisted Play Canceled for June

There were only a few sign-ups for Assisted Play in May, so the June Assisted Play sessions have been canceled.  We'll announce the start-up of Assisted Play sessions in the newsletter when there appears to be more interest.

Courts to be Cleaned on Thursday Mornings

The courts will be cleaned on a rotating schedule on Thursdays.  The schedule is on the online reservation calendar (See the Court reservations link here and on our website) and will be as follows on a monthly basis:

Courts 9-12  Thursday June 7th 
6:30 - 10 am
Courts 5-8 Thursday June 16th  
6:30 - 10 am
Courts 1-4 Thursday June 23rd  
6:30 - 10 am
Courts 13/14/15/16 Thursday June 30th  
6:30 - 10 am

Inter-Community Play

Inter-Community Play is taking place on weeknights with play alternating weekly between the Quail Creek and GVR courts.  

Skill-Level Schedule:

      Monday 4.0+

      Wednesday 3.5

      Thursday 3.0

      Saturday 2.5

Week - The QCPC newsletter won't come out weekly in the summer, so keep this schedule and the sign-up dates handy.  The information is also available on our website, www.qcpickleball.org.

     

      June 4  GVR (Sign up begins 5/27)

      June 11 Quail Creek (Sign up begins 6/3)

      June 18 GVR (Sign up begins 6/10)

      June 25  Quail Creek (Sign up begins 6/17)

      July 2 GVR (Sign up begins 6/24)

      July 9 Quail Creek (Sign up begins 7/1)

Guidelines for Inter-Community Play:

• Please sign up in your correct skill level based on USAPA, IPTPA or Club rating.

• Players from a lower skill level can show up on a higher level night and if there is a vacancy they may be able to play.
