The QCPC and its Board

for being our Membership Chairperson.
Susan has decided to step down
from this position due to her travel plans.
If you see Susan on the courts,
be sure to thank her for all her valuable work.
Therefore, we are looking for someone to take on this position.
The Membership Chairperson is responsible for:
- collecting dues and submitting the funds to the treasurer
- creating and updating a roster of members' information
- maintaining a mailing list for those
- interested in being informed about pickleball activities at Quail Creek
Susan has volunteered to stay on through February 2020
to help the new Membership Chairperson
navigate through the membership process.
This is a Board appointed position,
and you become a voting member of the QCPC Board.
Pickleball Referee Clinic
If you are interested in learning more about the rules of pickleball,
improve your play,
and help contribute to the running of pickleball tournaments,
a pickleball referee clinic will be offered on
December 9
from 8:00-12:00
in the Kino Conference Center
by Charlotte Jorgenson, a certified USAPA referee.

Order Your QCPC T-Shirts and Hats
Show your support of our club and Pickleball with a NEW club shirt. Order by Friday, January 17, 2020, to get them by mid-February. They are available in poly Sport-Tek and also in “perfect” weight cotton. Many great colors are available. Hats in three colors are also available All shirts and hats will have this club logo on the front.

Print the form and drop the completed form and check off at Susan Jones’ house, 2620 E Arica Way (Unit 19); Phone 241-3295. There is a box beside the front door.
If you are purchasing both men’s and women’s shirts, you may combine the costs and just write one check. Indicate that on both forms and clip the forms and check together.
Samples of the shirts in various sizes will be available at the Wednesday Round Robins until the order due date. You will be able to try on various sizes and see the two fabrics.
