IPTPA Ratings February 18
***New Format***
Next ratings will be held February 18.
Ratings are available for skill levels 2.5, 3.0, 3.5 and 4.0.
IPTPA recently revised the rating assessment for all skill levels. This will be QCPC's first experience with this new format. For more information see IPTPA website.
All players in a session must be going for the same skill level rating.
One change is that only 3 people can be rated at a time.
The 4th player must be rated at the test skill level, for example if testing for 3.0 the 4th player must have a 3.0 rating. Please note skill level in comment section.
There are two parts:
Part 1 is skill based and has not changed,
Part 2 consists of three games to 11 rally score between 2 people, it is called ghost doubles
(also commonly refereed to as skinny singles).
See a video of how to play ghost doubles HERE.

The test should now be shorter in duration, estimate of 60 minutes instead of 90.
Two prep sessions will be available prior to the rating.
