VOTING VIRTUALLY
WHILE IN ATTENDANCE
The system allows only one vote per Zoom sign on.
If there is more than one member of the household not separately
signed into Zoom, a Proxy vote would be
needed for the additional household member.
If each member of the household is signed onto Zoom separately,
each vote can be placed virtually.
Annual General Meeting Proxy

The proxy must arrive by midnight on November 9th to Nancy Katzberg following the instructions on the proxy form. Please make sure you follow the directions on the proxy so that your vote is counted.
