to MEMBERS that participated
in the Zoom General Meeting

that if you can not attend the meeting,
please make use of our Proxy voting.**
The meeting provided an update of our Membership, Finances, and Player Development. Minutes from the meeting will be posted on the website.
Four Motions were brought before the Membership for voting, and all were passed.
Motion 1: To purchase #5-6 foot benches for the pickleball area (similar to the ones already there) using the QCPC Capital Reserve Account.
Motion 2: To purchase a Pickle Two pickleball machine with remote and cover using the QCPC Capital Reserve Account. This will be used by Player Development Classes and available to our members.
Motion 3: To update our By-Laws - Article IX, Section 2, concerning disciplinary investigations. The amended section will make it clear that claims filed against a member will be shared with the accused member.
Motion 4: To update our By-Laws - Article V, Section 1, concerning our budget. The amended section will make it clear that accumulated surpluses (represented by designated reserves) can be used in future budget years.
