Court Reservations

It is not uncommon for all courts to be reserved during Prime Time (and other popular hours).  Members know that they need to make these reservations a full week in advance.  But a lot can happen in a week, including injuries, schedule conflicts or changes of plans for you or your playing partners.  We know this can happen to anyone.

  When something comes up

to prevent a reserved court from being used,

the Member who made the reservation

should delete the reservation

on Hold My Court as soon as possible

even if it’s only hours before the scheduled time.

QCPC loves to see all the courts being used by Members.  The QC courts are truly a beehive of activity and fun!  But it’s frustrating and unfair to other Members to see multiple reserved courts left unused during popular times—and this has been happening too often.  So please be considerate and delete your reservations if no longer needed.

Your Court Time

Please remember that court reservations are only good for the time reserved. If the next reservation is waiting for your court and your time has expired,  you may not continue to play.  You must vacate the court you reserved when your time is up.  If you want to play longer, please move your game to any open non-reserved court.
Please be considerate to everyone on the pickleball courts.

QCPC ROUND ROBIN

REPS AND MEETUP HOSTS!

QCPC members participated in over five thousands hours of Club-sponsored round robin play during the busy fall-winter-spring season.  This included Organized Play (2.0-4.0), Skill Level Play (3.5 & 4.0+), and New Member Meetups (Novice & Intermediate).  Everyone had a great time and kept coming back for more!

These round robins could not have happened without the many volunteer group representatives and Meetup Hosts who made sure everything ran smoothly.  A big thank you goes to all these volunteer reps:

Darcy Van Sant

Linda Kelly

Dave Andrew

Laura Eparvier

Sandra Hubbard

Lloyd Warsing

Joanna Miller

Deb Robinson

Donald Armour

Steve Bratlie

Sharon Frank

Bill Foraker

Tom Dean

Karen Morse

Cindy McNown

…and other Club members who unofficially filled in when needed.

Special recognition goes to Phil Brule, Bill Foraker, and Chuck Eparvier for hosting New Member Meetups.  They welcomed new Club members and were truly great ambassadors for QCPC.

QCPC will continue New Member Meetups and Organized Play and Skill-Level round robins into the summer as long as there are enough participants and volunteers.  Check the QCPC website for revised days and times throughout the summer.
