LAST CALL FOR QCPC
SUMMER ROUND ROBINS!
Now that June is here,
there aren’t very many players signing up to play
in weekly Organized Play and Skill-Level Round Robins.
Several sessions (2.5, 3.0, 3.5, and 4.0)
have not had enough players to fill
even one court and have been cancelled.
We understand that many members are away,
and it’s pretty hot for the members still in QC this summer.
Perhaps we should put these round robins on hold for the summer.
But before the Club does so, let’s give this another week to see what happens. Please sign-up to play if you are interested.
The round robins start at 7 AM and are played on courts 5 & 6.
The New Member Meetups (Novice)
on Saturdays
will continue indefinitely as they are still very well attended.
If you have suggestions for how best to hold summer
Organized Play and Skill-Level Round Robins,
please contact Dave Mungo at djmungo@hotmail.com.

- The format is a 6 game round-robin with all games played to 11 (win by 1).
- The SignUp Genius for each level will be available 7 days in advance at 9pm in the evening. This is not a weekly commitment, so you will need to sign up for the weeks you want to play.
- The IC Evening will be limited to 16 players with 4 alternates. On the signup for each week, please limit each club to 8 slots. Four days after the Signup is released, all slots are available to be signed up. If you listed yourself as an alternate you will need to view the SUG to move yourself up to a slot if someone drops out.
- All players will sign a one-time waiver form at each location if you are not part of that Club.
- All players will pay a one-time $5 pickleball fee at each location.
- The SUG link is here, but in the future it will be located on the side-bar of the QCPC website under the "Inter-community" heading.
- Please remember to put your phone number in the comments field so that we can get in touch with you due to weather related issues.
