New Member Meetups

Are you an experienced pickleball player
who is new to the QC Pickleball Club?

Would you like to meet other new Club members and play pickleball?

If so, sign-up for Saturday morning New Member Meetups.
Depending on the number of players attending,
a round robin format will be used.

New Member Meetups are for Intermediate Players.
Intermediate players have usually played pickleball
regularly for a year or more.
They know the rules of the game (including scorekeeping)
and can serve, return serves, volley,
and hit from the baseline effectively most of the time.

Advance sign-up is required
Log in to Sign-Up Genius (create an account if necessary)
 using the link below.
New Member Meetups are available for sign-up
beginning at 9 PM on the Saturday before the Meetup.

Five Weeks
New members are invited to attend and play
in Meetups for up to five weeks.
After that, new members should transition to
QCPC Open Play, Organized Play, Skill-Level round robins,
and/or private play with new QCPC friends.
In addition, new Members are encouraged
 to participate in Club-sponsored
skill-development activities such as lessons and clinics when available.

Beginners should not sign up for New Member Meetups.
New Members who are new to the sport
should sign-up and take QCPC Beginner classes
or contact Jean Bustard (jeanb@dcmesa.com) for assistance.

Advanced Players:
New members who are advanced players
(ratings of 4.0 or higher from USA Pickleball or IPTPA)
looking to play in a suitable group should contact Dave Mungo (djmungo@hotmail.com).

HERE COMES THE HOLIDAY SPIRIT
DECEMBER 3RD

HOLIDAY FUN-FILLED
FUNDRAISER
FOR ST. JUDE'S HOSPITAL

This will be a great holiday fundraiser
with Dinner, Dancing, a Piano Bar, and
other fun stuff.

On the evening of Friday, December 3, 2021, we will hold a
QCPC St. Jude Holiday Dinner, in our Madera Clubhouse.
It will start with a Cocktail Hour (or so) in the Copper Lounge
with a fabulous piano player, Will Foraker,
entertaining us with our favorites.

This is followed by a plated dinner in
the Ballroom with your choice of entrees
of beef, chicken, or vegetarian and all
the trimmings.

Wine will also be available by the bottle
and of course the bar will
be open for cocktails.
