Tournament Day (March 27)
Playing, Parking, Watching & Eating
Tournament Players and Volunteers: By now, you should have received an email with final instructions. Please read it carefully.
Spectators: Come on down to the courts! Support your friends and watch some good play.
Seating: It’s a good idea to bring your own chair. Prepare for sun. Some courts can’t easily be viewed from shaded areas.
Parking: You know what we are going to say…. Please carpool, ride your bike, or drive your golf cart and park 4 to a space. If the lot is full, park in the new residential area just east of the courts and walk the short distance to the courts. The usual QC parking rules apply (avoid driveways, fire hydrants, parking within 75 ft. of cars parked on the opposite side of the street, and parking that interferes with construction activity). Do not park on E. Quail Crossing Blvd. or across the street by the Canyon Club.
Food: If you are a spectator or volunteer signed up for lunch (pizza, salad, drink), make sure you check-in and get your ticket. If you are playing in the tournament, lunch is included. Others are welcome to bring their own food to enjoy at the party.
